Phil Worrall has worked in elite sport for nearly 20 years since graduating in Sport and Exercise Science.  Initially working with the England Netball team as a Sport Scientist, Phil expanded the service of Match Analysis and introduced Video Analysis to the team.  This process evolved and lead to Live Analysis environment where the Coaches had real time objective data during matches that allowed them to enhance their decisions and base them on objective information, rather than 'gut' feeling and subjective observation. After 4 years with England Netball, supporting them at an U21 World Championship and the 2002 Commonwealth Games, Phil moved to the Football Association, where he co-established the FA's Video Analysis unit.  As a Video Analysts he has directly supported all the FA's Male and Female teams which has taken him to 6 major (European and World) youth finals and 6 major Senior finals including World Cups and the 2012 London Olympics. As the FA’s Analysis Unit evolved, he was integral in developing the Analysis modules for the FA’s coach education courses. With 15 years working directly with the Senior Women's Team, he helped integrate analysis into a fundamental part of the team and players education and evaluation process when reviewing their performances. As a principal part of the team, he helped the England Woman’s team attain the World ranking position of 5th (19th when he first started working with the team), a Silver medal at the 2009 European Championships and a Bronze medal at the 2015 World Cup.  Phil has a wealth of knowledge, experience and delivery of objective information working in a pressurised Elite performing environment, which is fluid by nature.  Video has been the primary tool used for obtaining and feeding back performances and this is not limited to this elite environment, business can also utilise the advantages of this approach in addition to creating content that can be used to promote and engage.  Aspects of proactively planning, working as a team and reacting to change are not only key to gaining success in the sporting world, but are also essential in the corporate world in achieving objectives.
