The Team

Phil Worrall brings over 20 years of experience in high-performance sports to the team. As a sport scientist, he pioneered the use of video analysis in elite environments, transforming how coaches approach decision-making.

Phil's journey began with the England Netball team, where he introduced video analysis and built a live analysis system for real-time data during matches. This empowered coaches to base their strategies on objective information, not just intuition.

Following his success, Phil moved to the Football Association (FA), co-founding their video analysis unit.  His expertise in video editing and performance analysis directly supported all FA's national teams, including the Women's team for a remarkable 15 years. During this time, Phil witnessed their rise from 19th to 5th in the World rankings, a World Cup bronze medal, and a European Championship silver medal.

Phil's role wasn't limited to video analysis. He played a key part in integrating analysis into the team's education and evaluation process.  His ability to work in high-pressure environments and translate complex data into actionable insights proved invaluable.

Beyond sports, Phil believes the power of video analysis and performance evaluation extends to the business world.  He's passionate about helping businesses leverage these tools to achieve their objectives with the same dedication and winning mentality he fostered in elite sporting teams.
